Reassign a Purchase Req already in Draft Status.

A user who created a Purchase Requisition (PR) in D365FO has since left the organization, and the PR remains in Draft status. We need to reassign the PR to a new user so they can continue processing it. However, since D365FO restricts editing of PRs to the original creator, what options are available to reassign or transfer ownership of the PR to another user?

    If the PR is not too complex, recreating it manually under the new user is the safest and most supportable method. For bulk or critical PRs, consider custom development with proper change management.

    Hi,
    since the Preparer of the Purchase Requistion cannot be modified after the record is created, please follow the two steps:
    1) ask the new user to create a new PR
    2) ask the user to b use the copy lines
