ReportHi, I have a requirement from our email building team who work on Customer Insights - Journeys. The requirement is as follows:
- We have multiple websites which post web articles for visitors to read.
- We want to use these email articles/ snippets of these email articles in Dynamics marketing emails to email our segments
- We want an automated/ easy method for our email builder team to "drag and drop" or select the articles as they are posted into the emails themselves before adding the email to a journey.
Any steer on how this could be feasible/ technically possible to prevent our email builder team from manually recreating each web article would be greatly appreciated. I am fairly certain this will require some integration of some sort with our sites.
