ReportWorking with CI-J's If/then branch trigger in a Journey, selecting the branch condition type "The person is a member of a segment" is not working as described.
They journey is set up to send three emails four days apart unless the Contact joins the targe segment. Each Segment trigger is set to last four days, and then move down the "No" branch.
The segments are set up in CI-J segment area, not in CI-D.
During testing, the trigger does not register the Contacts being newly included in the target segment. Testing a 30min wait and 1hr wait were successful and the segment trigger worked as expected. Not the case over a period of 4 days.
The target segment clearly shows the two Contacts in the group, but the branching trigger does not register this change and continues down the "No" path regardless of segment members.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Or do they know the best way to bring this to Microsoft's attention?
This feature was made generally available last December.
