Insufficient Permission Error Message

Hello! 
We have been receiving this error message when one of our users create a quote under Opportunity.
However, when we download the log file, this is the only text that we see. "Error_Message_0x80040220."
 
 
We have received other Insufficient Permission error messages such as;
 
And upon researching, we just needed to enable the Read Privilege to the missing entity. Once we have done it, this error disappears, however we are still receiving the "Error_Title_0x80040220" without any more information. Is there any way to figure out what the insufficient permission is/are, and how can we resolve it.

    Hey!
     
    Try to do a new test and enable Developer tools. You should see the error with more details as well as which call is beign triggered and the affected entity.  With this, you might work, or open a Service Request to Microsoft Support providing this information.
