Moving the credit balance to an G.L account

I'm are trying to process a client a refund from a credit memo that was created. I can see the credit memos when I am in the Customer Payment Journal tab, but I can't move the money to a different ledger account.

Which D365 product are you using? The D365 brand covers quite a few things, such as Finance and Operations or Business Central.
