Dear All,

I am facing an issue in dynamic 360 business central, Finance team is working in with there sheets in web base dynamic 360 business central, but when they switch form cell to cell it freeze for mili second. internet speed is good 180mbps I have clear all the browser cache, updates microsoft edge, tried chrome and system temp files.
can anyone provides solution, and what is it doing so ?

What is the region of the environment? Will this problem occur outside the office? It is possible that it may be caused by firewall issues.

If the test is OK, you can only contact Microsoft to resolve it.

Hi, is it because the Azure Region is not local? If so, it may affect the speed because the server is very far away. You can test the speed by following the method below.
