Change based alerts batch job is suspended in SQL Activity Monitor

Hi all,
 
A lot of times the "Change based alerts" batch job still "Executing" for a lot of hours and when I check in SQL Activity Monitor, the process is SUSPENDED. Someone had the same issue? How can I solve it? Thanks!
 
PS: I tried to execute the Change based alerts without batch job and still the same issue.
