Issue with upgrading the Sandbox environment to version 28.0.

Hi,
 
I would like to upgrade my sandbox to the 28.0 Preview environment to get familiar with the quality control module. Evaluate the quality of goods and materials | Microsoft Learn
 
1. I set the Scheduler on the Sandbox environment and click Scheduler update.
 
2.The scheduled date is set to 09.12, but it reverts to 16.12 after two minutes. The version does not upgrade to a higher one...

    Hello,
     
    The update keeps reverting because 28.0 Preview isn’t fully available yet for your region/tenant.
    Sometimes the admin center shows it, but scheduling won’t “stick” until Microsoft fully rolls it out.
     
    Fast workaround:
    Create a new sandbox and pick 28.0 (Early Access Preview) during creation, this usually works even when upgrading an existing sandbox doesn’t.
