Management Reporter. Intercompany accounts are pulling into the Balance Sheet

Hi All,

I need to pull all the elimination transactions between companies A and B. The Interco/R and Interco/P are listed in Column G under the Dimension Filter.
When I ran the Balance Sheet, no amounts showed up. I tried using both a comma and a semicolon to separate those two GL accounts, but it's still not pulling the intercompany amounts.
Am I missing something? Is the Dimension Filter where I should list the intercompany accounts? It gave me the option in the box; so, it should be correct, but not sure where the issue is. Thanks for your help!

A few things to try:

I think the formatting is +MainAccount=[111100010], +MainAccount=[2222000100]. (If I am reading the value correctly, you have 9 digits in the first MainAccount and 10 digits in the second MainAccount. Is that intentional?)

Since you aren't sure on the formatting of the Dimension Filter, try just including one account with activity. Does that show amounts?

As a basic troubleshooting, I switch the calculation priority of the report to see if that makes a difference. Calculation priority is an option in the Report Definition's Settings tab.

Hi,

Main Account / GL numbers should be placed in:
Column Restrictions
or
Row Definition (Account Filter section)
depending on your reporting template.
You should move:
111100010
2222000100
to the proper Account filter field — NOT the dimension filter.
