Opportunity List to display the connected 'Sales Team' detail

Is there a default Opportunity List that displays all the opportunites that the user has been added under 'Sales Team' subgrid? 
At the moment, the user needs to go to 'Accounts' and select 'Related opportunity' to bring up all the associated view for all opportunities raised under the Account. When we have multiple users creating opportunities, we'd like to add the relevant team members as 'Sales Team' for the specific opportunty so they can read and edit. Is there a way to show all the opportunities for user A that all opportunities he's been associated through an opportuinty list under "Opportunity" view?

    Hi,
     
    This can be easily done by creating a custom view, wherein you filter on the related table 'sales team' and username == current user.
    Given that you want to enable this view for the whole organization, i would advise you to add this as a system view to the app used by your organization.

    Create a custom Opportunity view with the following filters: this will display all opportunities where the user is listed in the Sales Team subgrid. You can add additional conditions as needed to refine the results based on your business requirements.

    • Sales Team contains data
    • User equals Current User
