I am using D365FO with the supply chain license.

I have tried creating a bundle item consisting of two components (specified in a BOM for the bundle item)

When I create a sales order for this bundle item and confirm the sale order (to get the bundle explosion), I get an error saying "Enter a base sales price on at least one bundle component."

Looking at the documentation, there is no clear description of exactly HOW I am supposed to specify the base sales price. I have tried creating trade agreement journals, but I have not been successful with this approach.

I have seen some forum posts where it is specified that a price list needs to be setup, but prices lists are not available to me with the Supply Chain license (as per my understanding). Does this mean that it is not possible for us to use bundle items?

Hi,

My initial view says a license should not be a barrier in your case, you should be able to update the base prices of released products using the supply chain license. However, if you do not have access to it, that remains a separate issue.

Hi TerjeHals,

As the Dynamics 365 F&O user license enforcement is not active yet, the license is not relevant to mention now. Can you elaborate on why the trade agreement journal approach was not successful?
