Hi,

I created permission sets using record permission function.

When assigned to users, the user is not able to login to BC. It says the user doesn't have permission to use " X " Profile.

Tried creating the permission with the same profile, assigned the same profile to the user but it still gives the same error

Please suggest a way to resolve this

Profile error in recorded permission set
Hello, If a user can't log in due to a profile permission error, check User Settings to ensure they have the correct profile assigned. Verify that their permission set includes access to Profile (Roles) (ID 9170). If the issue persists, try assigning a default profile, clearing their session cache, and ensuring their license type supports access. You can also temporarily assign SUPER permission to test if it’s a restriction issue.

Profile error in recorded permission set
    Hello,

To resolve the permissions issue in Business Central preventing users from logging in, ensure the profile assigned to the user has the necessary permissions by checking the Profiles (Roles) page. Review and verify the permission sets assigned to the user, ensuring they include all required objects. Temporarily assign a super user permission set to identify missing permissions. Use the Effective Permissions page to see detailed user permissions and check for any conflicts. Ensure user groups are correctly configured and update users from Microsoft 365 if needed. Lastly, verify that customizations or extensions are not causing issues.
