Import data from XML spreadsheet causing mapping issues not able to resolve

Hi all, I am having issues with importing from a template into Dynamics 365 sales enterprise.
 
I have tried multiple times to import data from a lead excel template and get the same error that a field is not mapping correctly and when I choose ignore I get this message "The XML passed to the platform is not well-formed XML."  I also cannot see what field/column is not mapping correctly.
 
Is this a new issue, as I have imported from a template in the past with no issues?
