Error posting packing slip sales order

Hi,

We received the error "Physical updating quantity in the inventory unit m3 must be other than zero" when posting a sales order packing slip.

Item master, unit setup, sales order entry, and stock levels have been checked and found to be fine.

Please advise how this can be resolved.
