Intercompany link broken

Hi we do have intercompany order in our system. normally it works fine but now we have an issue...
 
We do have a salesorder in company A ( with a purchase order to company B - direct delivery).
The sales order in company B created from PO company A is delivered to the originator BUT both, purchase order and sales order in company A are not posted
 
How can I repair this issue?
