X++ TFS Source Control Metadata folders to include

Hi,
 
I am testing a simple devops tfs setup where I can connect to same project from 2 machines.
 
Here I am just using one branch for testing. I tested the merge conflicts that would come when 2 developers work on the same object. And I was successfully able to merge the conflicts.
 
My question is, do we need to include the "bin" folder in the model folder to be tracked in the metadata folder in this scenario?

    No, you shouldn't include the bin folder. Sometimes you may want to add individual files from there (binaries for custom .NET libraries), but including the whole folder would be wrong. You don't need the binaries and they change every time you build the code.
     
    Remove XppMetadata too, both from the server and the mapping.
     
    By the way, you can use private workspaces.
