In Electronic Reporting data not filtering with Print Management Setup

I have configured ER of Purchase Order Form for testing.
i have created the data model and mapped the data, and attached format it runs correctly, i attached tag of purchaseorder and then also defined ER destination and then added in print management setup, but when i runs data through purchase order confirmation journals using print management it gives the last data which i runs in configuration, it doesn't give data which i want the current purchase order data, I don't understand what I'm Missing.

Can anyone help me on this topic.

Hey,

I had the same last year. It happens when you rebase your configuration. Not sure if it is bugged or if I messed up something, maybe both...

Could you check if the base changed at some point? I deleted my configurations that I mess up and therefore, I dont see it anymore.

Unfortunately, there was no other solution then to create new model, mapping and format. Seems a bit of a work, but you dont need to think about logic or how to implement something, you kinda "just" need to recreate and copy paste things from the current configuration to the new one.

And yes, the RUN button works differently then the print button. Thats why I also figured out issues quite late when I was nearly done as it was working with the RUN button.

What I would also suggest first: create a new model, mapping and format and check if it works - I bet it will.

I setup new data model and with new model mapping and also create new Format but it still gives the same data from configuration.......

or for that need a formula or setup?

Hey,

with "creating new" I guess you mean you derived it from the existing model, model mapping and format. Can you share the model, mapping and format you derived your configurations from?

I will try it myself and give you feedback.

I didn't use derived, i have created New data model but still got same problem

I have attached tag and in print management setup also attached format still got issue.

Hey,

The tag is only necessary to be able to select the format configuration in the print management setup.

I cant really say what the exact issue is, however, what I would recommend is to derive the model and the mapping, in my opinion also the format configuration. Check if it is working and delete in the format whatever you dont need. I am pretty sure it will work, wont hurt and gives you easy access for further implementation that may arise in the future.

If I would need to guess, I think there is something missing mapping.

If you don't have problem, can you create 2 fields data of header 2 of lines and connect with data source and share with me for the solution, or for that need any kind of formula so that can help me for full flex data creating. because I can't understand what's the issue?
