Nav 2009 SP1 Upgradation

Hi,
I am upgrading from NAV 2009 SP1, and I have classic reports that I have to upgrade as well so for that I am not able to find any tool that I can use to upgrade those to Nav 2013.
Can you help in this regard and provide me a full track how we can achieve this?
I have tried to use the Layout suggestion and then exporting the report from Nav 2009 and then importing it in Nav 2013, but it did not work.
I also tried the TextFormatUpgrade2013.exe it also didn't work.

    I tried Simplanova tool recently and it worked great.
