Hi,

In Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales → Project → Project Task Grid), we are experiencing significant performance issues. When adding tasks and assigning resources within the Project Task Grid, the system is extremely slow to save the changes.

In some cases, it is taking approximately 45–50 minutes to save updates made to tasks and assignees.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this slowness and how we can resolve it?

Hello,

Do you know if there are customizations in your environment? Like Synchronous plugins.
That could be the problem, because OOB Dynamics doesn't have that long of a delay.
