Aged Accounts Receivable Excel version

(0) ShareShare
ReportReport

Hi,

environment: 28.X

Country / Localisation: AU

When trying to use MS new Aged accounts receivable excel report, no matter what values I put in the filters it will generate as BLANK. I have opened the generated report and checked that there are no power query issues. No errors are popping up when generating the report in BC or in Excel.

When using the now marked Obsolete report - this generates fine and has no issues.

Anyone else encountered the issues when generating the excel version vs the ‘obsolete’ version?

Thanks!

Hi, first thing I'd check, is the CustomerAgingData sheet itself empty, or only the pivot sheets? That splits the problem in two. If CustomerAgingData has rows but the By period tabs show nothing, it's just the pivots not refreshing, right click on one and Refresh, and make sure you hit Enable content on the banner. Some tenant security settings block that silently.

If CustomerAgingData is also empty then the dataset came back with nothing and that's a different story. The new 4402 summarises by the two global dimensions, so I'd look at whether something in the dimension setup or a permission on those is filtering everything out. The old report 120 doesn't work that way, which could explain why it still runs fine for you.

Glad to help - follow up if anything is unclear.

►  If this solved it, marking it verified helps others too.
