We are a Distributor in EMEA and we would like your precious and prompt support to understand how the Bridge to Cloud 2 promotion works and reply few of the prerequisite parameters. This is part of a huge project guys, therefore your assistance is more than well appreciated.
More specifically, I am including the questions we are having below:
1. We are talking about a customer that has not participated in the Bridge to Cloud 1 promotion. Does it mean that by default they are not eligible for the promotion?
2. Should our reseller have optained a Solution Designation to be eligible for Bridge to Cloud 2 promotion?
3. Could you please attach the Bridge to Cloud 2 promotion FAQ as it is not available for download from the respective Global Promo Readiness Guide?
