Hi All,

Is there any reports for the following:

Report showing all AP invoices paid to projects and AP accrual report by project
Use actual material costs (FIFO) and standard budgeted hourly costs for overhead
Report monthly expense for a title/job (expensed vs WIP by category)
Download reports for individual/multiple titles at month end (sales, materials, costs)
Load accrued/estimated sales and expenses for ASC606/revenue recognition.

Hi,

It is very difficult to understand the actual requirement and expectation from these reports by having the name, so based on the understanding derived from these report names:

1) Report showing all AP invoices paid to projects and AP accrual report by project

For project cost accrual:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/accounts-payable/project-cost-accrual-purchase-receipts

For Vendor invoices with pay when paid = Yes/No..

2) Use actual material costs (FIFO) and standard budgeted hourly costs for overhead
Requirement is not clear!!
It seems some process, not report, please clarify

3) Report monthly expense for a title/job (expensed vs WIP by category)

This report can be generated with multiple criteria, resource wise but not exactly title/job wise.

4) Download reports for individual/multiple titles at month end (sales, materials, costs)
Same as point 3.

5) Load accrued/estimated sales and expenses for ASC606/revenue recognition.

This seems best-fit with Revenue Recognition inquiry.

Project Management and Accounting module is having lot of useful and detailed reports, it's worth exploring all available reports to match the nearest possible outcome.
