I’m working with Dynamics 365 Marketing social posts and had a question regarding Instagram usage. As far as I understand, Dynamics allows publishing regular Instagram feed posts, but it does not support creating or scheduling Stories or Highlights.
In such cases, what is the recommended approach for monitoring or reviewing Instagram Stories content for campaign analysis or competitor research?
Do teams usually rely on external story viewing or monitoring tools alongside Dynamics, or are there any built-in best practices for handling Story-based content visibility?
I’d appreciate insights from anyone managing Instagram campaigns through Dynamics Marketing.
