Sorry, New here but can someone help me. I need to exclude a number of GL account to get a download below 50.000 lines.
I can exclude 1 but how do i exclude the second GL?

Hi,

One more point i want to tell here, since you are looking exclusion of GL so that total lines can be download which is under 50000 lines, but i believe you are aware of increasing this limit also.

Below is the setup to do so:

This is done by configuring the Client performance options page found under System administration > Setup > Client performance options. The default value in the field "Maximum number of rows to export to Excel" is 0. When 0 is the value up to 50.000 rows can be exported.

Hi,

As Neeraj suggested you can use advanced filter option.
In the form, Navigate to options > Page options > Advanced filter or sort. You can filter out the data using the query and export the file.

Hi,

Before exporting the data, on the main account column you can use matches option and put the main account in below manner.

!1234001, !1234002, !1234003

If you are doing on advanced filter page, then refer this screenshot.

How are you downloading? Are you talking about exporting data using excel add-in and adding filters on main accounts?
