I have a canceled intercompany sales order with no lines, and its corresponding intercompany purchase order in another entity remains open. I want to cancel the purchase order, but it also has no lines, and the 'Cancel' and 'Delete' buttons are disabled. The purchase order status is 'Open.' I attempted to edit it through the table browser, but the 'purchaseorderstatus' field is not editable. If I delete the record directly from the table browser, what impact would it have on the intercompany sales order?

Hi,

You can add the line in Sales order this will add the line in corresponding PO. Then cancel the SO > it will automatically cancelled PO.

Resolving Issues with Canceling or Deleting Intercompany Purchase Orders

You can add a line to the sales order, and it will automatically appear in the intercompany purchase order. Then cancel the line by making the delivery remainder to zero, and this will update the order headers to a canceled status.
