Is it possible to make a one-to-many relationship of ContactPerson to Vendor Account?

Scenario: One person is a sales rep for multiple manufacturers/vendors who we order product from.

Can I have one person with one ContactPersonID who has a relationship with several different vendors? I tried adding a relationship to a different Party B from the Party module, but it wasn't allowed.
