1,086Good day Community,
I have a strange scenario, when I am logging in with the above userid I get the message the userid/password keyed in is correct. The consultant is able to logon with the same credentials.
When I key in the password I copy and paste, the userid is all lowercase, this comes up automatically.
Is there anyone who may have experienced this with any userid? I'm posting this because somewhere something changed, not sure what to look for.
