Integration Mapping issues on Sales Order between Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Business Central

Hello Everyone,

We have performed integration between Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Business Central by following all the relevant steps. The data is being synchronized among all the required tables between CE/CRM and Business Central except for Sales Order. We are facing unexpected errors on Sales Order as we cannot enable Match-based coupling on Sales Order as it is disabled in Business Central and also the mapping is properly done. When we try to map our Sales Order table in Business Central, the system shows us an error that the Sales Order table is not properly configured with the Integration Table Mappings. We are stuck at this point and don't understand what seems to be the issue as all the data sync related to other tables (e.g. Vendors, Customers, Items etc.) is running smoothly except for Sales Orders.

Below is the error that we face in Business Central:
"The Integration Table Mapping 5CDAE7D2AF984A008F0B is not configured for ToIntegrationTable synchronization."

We have also checked for the above GUID mentioned within error on both CE/CRM and Business Central but nothing like that exists in both systems.

We would like to have some assistance for the Sales Order mapping between Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Business Central.

Thank you.

Integration Mapping issues on Sales Order between Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Business Central
    "Hi CU29041409-0,

As per your suggestions, we have actually looked into all the Integration Table Mappings in Business Central and all the default mappings are currently in place. Even though, the synchronization is happening between all the tables (e.g. Customer, Vendors, Items etc.). But, the issue with the Sales Order persists. We are facing the exact same issue as I have mentioned within my question post as well. We have also tried to debug that the Table ID "5CDAE7D2AF984A008F0B" belongs to which table but unable to find any table with this ID in both CRM and Business Central systems.

We have also verified that if there's anything with our connection but that is also working fine. We don't really understand that why such type of issue is occurring again and again despite all the data from other tables are in proper synchronization.

The issue likely arises from a missing or improperly set Integration Table Mapping for the Sales Order table in Business Central. First, verify that the Sales Order table is enabled for synchronization in Business Central's Integration Table Mappings. If Match-based coupling is disabled, check if an alternative coupling method is configured. Ensure that the GUID referenced in the error matches the correct mapping or record in the Integration Synchronization Jobs and that there are no stale records causing conflicts.

If the mapping looks correct, try refreshing or recreating the Integration Table Mapping for Sales Orders, ensuring all fields align with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. Additionally, ensure no extensions or customizations are interfering with the process. Debugging tools in Business Central can also help pinpoint the exact issue.
