Norway e-Invoicing (Sending issue)

Hello,

I've setup Norway e-Invoicing in Business central.

In E-Document service, I've set up Outlook as Service integration and a default email account.

When I posted a sales invoice, there was a new entry in E-Document which is fine. However, there was new record with Sending error. I checked Email sent or Email outbox, there were nothing there, therefore, I don't find any error detail to check it further. Has anyone had any thought?

    • -Document → open the failed entry
      • Check Error Message / Document Logs / E-Document Log.
      • Look for the detailed error associated with the sending step.
    • Check Email Accounts
      • Go to Email Accounts.
      • Confirm the Outlook/Microsoft 365 account is configured and authorized.
      • Run Test Email if available.
    • Check E-Document Service Setup
      • Verify Service Integration = Outlook.
      • Verify the correct Default Email Account is selected.
      • Confirm the required email recipient/customer setup exists.
    • Check permissions
      • The BC user/service account must have permission to use the configured email account.
      • If OAuth/Microsoft 365 authentication was recently configured, re-authorize the account.
    • Important: Don't rely only on Email Outbox/Sent Emails. If BC fails before the email is created, nothing will appear there. The E-Document logs/error details are the first place to investigate.
