We are currently facing an issue in Dynamics 365 Subscription Billing where we are unable to generate a sales quotation based on a specific billing schedule. The functionality we are aiming for is to create quotations that reflect the billing terms and amounts defined in the subscription.

However, the filtering options within the quotation generation process are not working as expected. Specifically, filters applied to certain fields (e.g., billing schedule, dates, or amounts, Billing schedule Group) do not return accurate results or fail to apply altogether. This is preventing us from isolating the correct data needed to generate quotations.

We have attempted to troubleshoot by checking view configurations and grid controls, but the issue persists. Kindly assist us in resolving this or guide us on any updates or configurations required to enable this functionality.

Hi,

In case you are looking for generating quotation for specific Billing schedule you can directly go from billing schedule page.

Then click on create button.

Print of quotation:

Please try from the billing schedule page and let us know the results.
