I created custom roles in D365 F&O based on the role matrix provided by the client and assigned them to the users. I am now managing feedback regarding these access rights, but I’m encountering an issue.
When I update the concerned role, it takes a long time for the changes to be reflected for the user. However, when I test with my second test account in the same environment and with the same role, the update is applied immediately.
I would like to know whether this issue is related to the environment or to the user, and if there is anything that needs to be done on my side.
