Hello, we have recently updated Business Central to v25 and it seems, that the Search field doesn't work the same way as it used to work in v23. Can you help me with this?
So if I have a page, where there are default filters in use and I try to use Search, it will change value in default Filter.
For example Vendor Ledger Entries, it has been filtered with Vendor number by default:
And I want to search for a specific Document No. for example O15204. if I give that to Search field, BC will try to change value to Pay-to Vendor No. filter and won't find the given value.
When I compare this to our previous version, which was 23, the Pay-to Vendor No. filter would not change and the search would be done on ledger entries' rows.
Is this a bug or a new functionality? So far I haven't found any posts or articles related to this issue.
The only thing that I found was the new feature Use optimised text search in lists, but it had no effect on the issue above.
