Purchase Quotes - Prices and Quantities

Good day,

We are in the process of implementing workflows in Purchasing and I observed the purchase quotes don't print with prices and quantities. There will be an approver at that point, the information can be viewed when entered but it needs to be on the physical document.

How can this be fixed?

Hi Rosemary, it depends on what report object you are using for printing Purchase Quotes.
In my test scenario I am using Report ID 10123 (Standard purchase quote):
In this print out you can see it includes the quantity and unit price:
You can change the report ID being used for the quotes by navigating to Report Selection - Purchase and then selecting Purchase Quote and confirming the report ID:

Hi Rosemary,
You should be able to manually change it under the Report Selection - Purchase window. If you're in a NA localization (US and Canada) you can change the settings of the Report Select page as you can see in my screenshot and that should give you an updated layout with the correct information.
