Project Operations - D365 app not updating

Hi all,
 
In our environment we have 2 Sandboxes and Production.
1 of our Sandbox environments, Project Operations app isn't updating, stating 'Installation Failed'.
When looking into more details of the error, I'm not given much to go on.
When I "retry installation". It doesn't look like it's attempting to retry.
I've updated other apps within the Dynamics 365 Apps area and has installed fine.
 
When looking a different post (not exactly the same issue), it did suggest about a Project Task not being assigned to a Project = I've checked this and it isn't the case.
 
If I go into the Project Operations app > Settings > Schedule integration > Active UpgradeRuns = last installed an update on the 03/09/2025 to 4.143
This area doesn't show any 'failed' runs.
 
Any suggestions here?
