Unable to db synch due to ExternalOrchestration state

Hi all,

I am connecting to a UDE environment and, when attempting to perform a database synchronization, I receive the following message:

“Request aborted. FinOps environment state is: ExternalOrchestration. Retry after confirming that the environment is ‘Running’.”

The environment status in PPAC shows State as "Ready", however the DB sync still fails with this error.

Is there anything i can do to move into a Running mode?  I can log in the application so i can confirm it is up and running.

    Hi Craig,

    Can you check if the UDE environment is in Administration mode? You can see that status when you go to the environment page in PPAC, then click on Edit in the Details section. If so disable the Administration mode as that is preventing your command for the DB sync.
