Lead Scores being refreshed every 2 Hours

Hello everybody, 
 
how are you working around the huge issue, that Lead Scores are only being refreshed every 2 hours?
Considering Lead Score is tied to Automated Qualification Proccesses etc. it effectively means, that every lead takes 2 hours before its getting distributed.
 
That to me seems like a huge oversight and almost renders the entire function useless, if a Lead Score isnt being assigned as soon as the Lead is being created.

    1) Issue
    - Lead Scores in Dynamics 365 are only recalculated and refreshed every 2 hours
    - This delay impacts automated qualification and distribution processes that depend on up-to-date lead scores
    - Newly created leads are not immediately scored, causing delays of up to 2 hours before they can be routed or processed
    - This behavior reduces the effectiveness of real-time or near real-time lead management scenarios
     
    2) Reason
    - Lead scoring in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Marketing is processed asynchronously using background jobs
    - The scoring model runs on a scheduled basis rather than being triggered instantly on lead creation or update
    - This design is intentional to optimize system performance and avoid heavy real-time computation on large datasets
    - The scoring process evaluates multiple signals and historical data, which requires batch processing instead of immediate execution
    - There is no out-of-the-box configuration to reduce the refresh interval below the default system schedule
     
    3) Resolution
    - Accept that out-of-the-box lead scoring is designed for batch processing and not real-time decision making
    - Implement a parallel real-time scoring mechanism using Power Automate or plugins to assign an initial score when a lead is created
    - Use simple rule-based scoring logic for immediate qualification and combine it later with the official lead score once available
    - Trigger routing and assignment based on interim scoring fields instead of waiting for the system-generated lead score
    - Periodically reconcile or update leads once the official score is refreshed to align with the advanced scoring model
    - If near real-time scoring is critical, consider building a custom scoring service using Azure or Dataverse plugins to calculate scores instantly
    - Review business requirements and separate real-time operational scoring from analytical scoring to avoid dependency on the 2-hour refresh cycle
