Hi All,

We have workflow for purchase quote and it was working till last week. Today one of the user who entered a quote and send approval request he is getting the following error. Nothing changed at user approval users

do you know what is causing this issue

What's your Approver Limit Type on the purchase quote workflow step?

does this quote's amount fall under any approvers approval limit?

Thanks Mohana the approver had a limit and he didnt have an approver for some reason it was missing which is causing this issue.
