Hi all,

In D365 F&SCM, we are having the requirement of having the fields in the grid dynamically and data for the grid also fetched dynamically based on the scenario. Apart from that we have to show lookup in the dynamic columns. Even we need to have the “Freeze column” (new grid feature) to be available on this dynamic nature of the grid.
Could not find any standard reference with this kind of reference.

What columns are you referring to? Are they existing fields part of the table in the grid?

Hi Srinath!

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking, but it might be something similar to how the trial balance inquiry works. You can control the layout based on the financial dimension set parameter.

Here, you can add (or in reality, show/hide) fields in a grid. It has all the functionality you mentioned, such as freezing columns.

Am I right?
