a) I set up capitalization threshold for fixed asset in Parameters
 
b) Capitalization threshold is also defined in Fixed Asset group
 
c) Defined threshold for 10000, it means depreciations should not be calculation for the particular fixed asset group if value is below 10000 USD
 
d) But still depreciation is calculated for such assets
 
e) I acquired Fixed Asset through PO
 
f) Am i missing anything here

    Thanks for your reply, i checked the configuration relating to capitalization threshold.  It is as per the the Microsoft Docs.
     
    I tested the capitalization threshold functionality. If the value of the fixed asset is below capitalization threshold, the depreciation entry is getting posted but the value is not impacting the fixed assets, in the depreciation column relating the that Fixed asset the value is not updated, but the financial entry of Accumulated Depreciation Dr To Depreciation Expense is posted, is this the expected behaviour
