In Electronic Reporting (D365), after creating a data model and model mapping and marking them as ‘Complete’, I created a format based on those versions. If I later make changes like add new fields to the data model and update bindings in the model mapping, so there are new versions now. What is the correct approach to ensure the format reflects those new updates? How to change the model version my format is pointing to?
I tried Rebase option in the format configuration. It doesn't show my model. Not sure if that's the correct approach.
Should I create a new format altogether based on the updated model and mapping? Is that the only way? How to handle this?
