sign in prompt every time when user switches between applications

A Dynamics 365 CRM user is being prompted to sign in every time she switches between applications, unlike other users. She has a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise license just like the rest of the user and is able to access the necessary data within crm. She is not a federated user. This user has access to multiple applications(by assigning her the correct security roles) within the environment and has been assigned the appropriate security roles. We have already tried clearing cache, logging in through incognito mode, and testing with different browsers and a different machine, but the issue persists. Other users with the same license and similar access can switch applications seamlessly without being prompted to sign in. The problem seems isolated to this one user, and I would like assistance in resolving it. Thank you.

sign in prompt every time when user switches between applications
Step 1: Verify Azure AD Sign-in Logs
Go to Azure AD → Sign-in Logs for this user.
Check if there are conditional access prompts, MFA triggers, or errors every time she switches apps.
This will tell you why re-auth is happening.
Step 2: Compare Policies with a Working User
Pick a user who can switch apps without re-login.
Compare Conditional Access, MFA, and Azure AD session policies.
Look for differences (especially "Sign-in Frequency" and "Persistent Browser Session" settings).
    Step 3: Check Token Configuration
Ensure that Persistent Browser Session is set to Always in Azure AD.
Check if there is a Sign-in frequency policy forcing the user to reauthenticate.
    Step 4: Confirm Application Assignments
In Power Platform Admin Center, check that the user is properly added to the environment with required security roles.
In Azure AD Enterprise Apps, confirm they have access to Dynamics 365 CRM apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) without restrictions.
    Step 5: Reset User Authentication
Revoke existing refresh tokens for the user
This forces a clean token re-issue
Then have the user re-login once → tokens should roam across apps.
