Hi there, I've noticed that spammers are attacking many government agencies' websites using powerappsportals.us and microsoftcrmportals.com. They are flooding them with scam content such as pharmaceuticals, gambling, game hacking, and airline phone call scams.

Please fix this issue; it's really dangerous because all the content is scams. I've checked, and they're even spamming porn . Please let me know where I can report this.
