Hi team, I am trying to get access to the One Support DFM / reactive management case platform. I am a CSAM in Mauro Bastos team. I get this message> You (chnielsen@microsoft.com) need to be added to a security group to access this environment (unqa66dd408b7edec1182f0000d3a124)

Can you help me get access.

DFM is internal Microsoft tool and you would need to reach out to MS internal support for getting this sorted. As per the error, the account you are using doesn't seem to be part of security group.
