Anyone who can assist on VAT Group Management setup in Business central SaaS v28. I am unable to synch/create VAT periods from the representative company to the Member company. When you try to create the periods manually in the member company, I get the following error: "OAuth setup is not enabled for HMRC Making Tax Digital. Do you want to open the setup?"
This is not suppose to be because this is a member company. The OAuth is correctly configure in the Representative company.
The Member Company is configured as:
VAT Group Role = Member
Report Version = VATGROUP
Group Representative Uses Business Central = Enabled
You don't create periods manually, you need to go through the setup in service connections and fetch the period(s) from HMRC
