Hi everyone, I recently created a new custom activity called Engagement in the modern Dynamics 365 app (MDA). While the activity is working as expected, I noticed that the Engagement button is not directly visible on the command bar. Instead, it gets pushed under the flyout (three-dot menu). To make space, I used Ribbon Workbench via XrmToolBox to remove the out-of-the-box Letter button, hoping the Engagement button would take its place—but that didn’t happen. Has anyone faced a similar issue or know how to:
Force the Engagement button to appear directly on the ribbon?
Reorder or prioritize ribbon buttons in MDA?
I've attached a screenshot for reference. Appreciate any help or guidance—thanks in advance!
Command bars appearing on activities are standard OOB , I don't think by removing any of that custom activity button will appear.
I would suggest creating a new "Command Button" and its "Action" and place where you would like.
Please mark it as resolved if it helps you.
Thanks
Anupam
