Forecasting is working at BC 365 or not?

I'm looking for someone who really manage to setup, and use forecasting. Meaning generate number for pair item-customer.

I'm not satysfied by answer ger from Microsoft. Have to use GPT to understand difference betwen sales & inventory, solutions form additional module: sales or supply chain management.

It all sounds very nice, AI, machine learning etc. But how make it happen? How items, client shoud be managed to inform system that this is live and shoud have forecast, this is old one and shoud have no forecast.

If someone are able to help, best with contact to consultanf from PL it will be great.

p.s. in the past was using SO 99+, and this was really easy to understand and work with this

Which D365 product are you interested in?

The title is about D365 Business Central, but you asked you've asked in Supply chain | Supply Chain Management, Commerce forum (and selected both D365 Commerce and D365 SCM as categories) and you also mentioned Sales in the text of your question (which may imply D365 Sales product).

Hi

My company is implementing "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365)).

I'm interested with "something" which is already there, or additional module. (Yes, I admit' that I'm confused with this also, and with pleasure will hear clear explanation, what is what).
