Hi, appreciate help on the scenario below.
 
A company has 3 legal entities - Legal Entity A is the global legal entity with legal entities B and C under it
Is it possible the Global Legal Entity A can create and approve purchase requisitions for legal entities B and C through a workflow? 
 
And once approved it can create purchase orders for legal entity B and C, with PO's to be directly shipped to legal entities B and C's warehouses?

    Hi,
    The Purchase Requisitions and workflow are Global so at a high level your description of the requirement is somewhat how it works. 
     
    To use a PR created at global level to create a PO in another Legal entity, what matters is that the Buying Legal entity on the PR line is the legal entity for the futur PO.
     
    For someone in a Legal Entity A to be able to prepare PR that will become PO on different legal entities, you can either:
    1) Use Purchase Requisition Permission to give a Preparer the permission to create PR on behalf of requesters that are employee of Legal entity B or C
     
     
    Or
    2) for the requester, on Employment work history for the buying Legal Entities:
     
    Then on the PR lines, you can either 1) change the requester to an employee of Legal entity B or C ; or 2) stay as the Requestor but change the Legal Entity based on the employment, which would look like so:
