Business event for (purchase requisition review - approval purchase requisitions) is not fired, and power automate approval didn't run

    This is very generic. Can you please give us more details?
     
    Is this a custom business event or standard?
    Are u sure u activated the BE to the correct endpoint and correct legal entity (in case it wasn't shared)
    Are you sure the action you did should trigger it?
    Are you sure the BE really didn't get triggered? Did you check businessEventsCommitLogTable?

    the business event is standard, and it's activated to the correct endpoint and correct legal entity.
    Yes, I'm sure that the action should be triggered as the power automate approval triggered this action in UAT environment but in the production environment it's not working.
    The businessEventsCommitLogTable is empty.

    Hi, You can rebuild business event catalog. 
     
    Check your business event form. If you don't get it there then you can disable and enable your flow.

    You mentioned that the business event is working in UAT. I do assume you also have a Power Automate flow on this environment? How did you move this flow to production? What connector are you using? (Fin&Ops or Dataverse). Have you tried to disable and re-enable the flow? Is the workflow configuration the same in both environments?
