Supplier Communications Agent - "Agent configuration version" stuck no draft emails generated

Hi all,
I'm configuring the Supplier Communications Agent (SCA) in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and I'm stuck on an issue where the agent never seems to fully initialize, even though every setup step appears complete.
Environment details:
- Environment type: Sandbox
- D365 SCM version: 10.0.44+
- Region: India
What I have already verified as working:
- Copilot for Finance and Operations apps + Copilot in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management apps installed (latest versions)
- All 3 required Power Automate flows show Status: On / Activated (confirmed via the Setup Supplier Communications Agent canvas app)
- Connection references (Dataverse + Copilot Studio) are linked to my agent identity user
- Both required feature flags enabled: "(Production Ready Preview) Supplier Communications Agent" and "(Production Ready Preview) Send follow-up emails to vendors with Supplier Communications Agent"
- Both Copilot Studio agents (inbound and outbound) show Status: Available, model GPT-5 Chat
The problem:
On the "Send follow-up emails to vendors" agent page in D365, the "Agent configuration version" section shows an infinite blue loading spinner that never resolves, no matter how long I wait or how many times I refresh.
As a result:
- "Reviewed emails" grid shows "We didn't find anything to show here"
- "Associated purchase orders" grid shows "We didn't find anything to show here"
- No draft emails are being generated for overdue purchase orders, even though I have POs with delivery dates in the past
I have already raised a support ticket with Microsoft for this (ticket reference: mailbox provisioning + agent configuration version issue) but wanted to check here in parallel:
Questions:
1. Has anyone else seen the "Agent configuration version" spinner get stuck indefinitely?
2. Is this related to Copilot Studio billing/licensing not being fully linked to the environment, or is it a separate known issue?
3. Is there a specific backend job, cache refresh, or environment setting that needs to run before the agent configuration initializes?
4. Any tenant-level or environment-level prerequisite I might be missing despite flows showing Activated?
Any guidance, workarounds, or pointers to documentation would be greatly appreciated. Happy to share more screenshots if useful.

    Hi,
    Can you check below things if those are correct:
    1. Agent Publication Status
      • Verify the Supplier Communications Agent is successfully published in Copilot Hub. 
      • Navigation: Copilot Hub > Dynamics 365 Agents > Supplier Communications Agent
    2. Agent Identity Mailbox
      • Confirm the agent mailbox is enabled and successfully tested.
    Navigation: PPAC > Environment > Settings > Email > Mailboxes
    • Verify Incoming/Outgoing Email status is successful.
    1. Power Automate Flow Runs
      • Activated flows do not always mean they are running successfully.
      • Check run history for failures.
    Navigation: make.powerapps.com > Solutions > Flow Run History
    1. Dataverse Integration
      • Ensure the F&O environment is properly linked to Dataverse.
    Navigation: LCS > Environment > Power Platform Integration
    • Verify Environment ID and integration status.
    1. Agent Security Roles
      • Confirm the agent identity has all required Dataverse and F&O roles assigned.
    2. Setup Method
      • Was the setup completed manually or through the Agent Deployment Wizard?
      • Microsoft recommends using the Deployment Wizard to avoid missing configuration steps.
