Is the Dynamics 365 Business Central Online (SaaS) available in East Africa? I want to even access the Global version (W1).

    I guess it is possible to choose a location which is not accurate, and BC works. 

    But I am wondering, what are the implications of doing that?

    Your problem has nothing to do with the place of release. For example, you cannot apply directly in Japan. Hopefully the information below can give you some hints.

    I can see Kenya is available on that list, but when I try to sign up I get the message that it is not available in this market.

    There is a plan to enable BC to different countries.
    Here you can find the information where the countries and possible future implementations are displayed.

    Also, we have a plan to enable new countries for wave 2 this year.
